Radíkov (German: Radelsdorf) is a municipality and village in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Radíkov lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north-east of Přerov, 31 km (19 mi) east of Olomouc, and 240 km (150 mi) east of Prague.
