The Kobo Clara BW is an upgrade to Rakuten Kobo’s Nia eReader and released along with its partner device, the Kobo Clara Colour. Offering 16 GB of storage, the Kobo Clara BW inhabits the same lightweight form factor as its predecessor, but houses the improved 6” Carta 1300 E ink screen that allows for a greater contrast and faster refresh rate. Moreover, it supports Kobo Audiobooks with a wireless Bluetooth device, along with IPX8 waterproofing for any poolside reading.

For nighttime reading, the Kobo Clara BW features an optional Dark Mode, plus the built-in ComfortLight PRO to adjust brightness and reduce blue light.
