Mountlake Terrace is a city in the Puget Sound region of Washington State, and is one of many Seattle's northern suburbs along Interstate 5.
Interstate 5 passes through Mountlake Terrace, traveling north and south.
Since it is a fairly small city, you can walk and also bike around.
Nice neighborhood parks, homes and small city center.
There are a recreational pavilion, lots of parks, and convenience stores.
There are 2 supermarkets in Mountlake Terrace. In western Mountlake Terrace, there is a Rogers that is across the street from a plaza that contains a post office, a butcher, and a pizza shop.
The other supermarket is across the street from Papa Johns on 44th Ave. West. It is in a plaza that contains a local restaurants, a local pub, a Bartell Drugs, a laundromat, and a 24-hour fitness across the street from a bank.
Up the street in NE Mountlake Terrace is an Arco station that is across the street from a tattoo parlor, a small convenience store, and teriyaki joint.
Local burger joint, Red Onion. Owned by a couple who make awesome burgers and fries.
There is also a Papa Johns in eastern Mountlake Terrace who does delivery.
There is a coffee stand across the street from the Red Onion who make good coffee.
Next door to Papa Johns there is a Starbucks.
