Uladzislau Dzmitryievich Pramau (Belarusian: Уладзіслаў Дзмітрыевіч Прамаў or Прямов Владислав; born 3 August 1984) is a Belarusian long distance runner who specialises in the marathon. He competed in the men's marathon event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[1] In 2019, he competed in the men's marathon at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[2] He finished in 53rd place.[2]
Pramau is a two-time Belarusian Athletics Championships winner in the 10,000 metres, and he was also the 2018 indoor national champion in the 3000 metres.[3]
Pramau is from Gomel.[4] He currently teaches at the Minsk State City Olympic Reserve School.[5]
