Nick Marsman (born 1 October 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for ADO Den Haag.
Club career
Born in Zwolle, Marsman has played for FC Twente and Go Ahead Eagles.[1][3]
In June 2017 he signed a one-year contract at FC Utrecht.[4]
On 20 June 2019, Feyenoord announced that they had reached a principal agreement for a two-year contract with Marsman.[5] On 1 December 2019, Marsman played his first Eredivisie match with Feyenoord against PEC Zwolle, keeping a clean sheet as his side were victorious 1–0. He was awarded the Man of the Match title by his club.[6]
In April 2021 it was announced that he would sign for MLS side Inter Miami CF in July.[7] On 4 August 2023, Miami exercised a contract buyout on Marsman, making him a free agent.[8]
In September 2023, Marsman joined USL Championship side San Antonio on loan from Major League Soccer as an MLS Pool goalkeeper.[9] Three days later, he made his debut for San Antonio in a 3–3 draw with Tampa Bay Rowdies.[10]
On 10 January 2024, Marsman returned to the Netherlands with ADO Den Haag on a contract until the end of the season.[11]
International career
Marsman represented Netherlands national under-21 team at the 2012 Toulon Tournament.[2]
