Isaac del Toro Romero (born, Ensenada, 27 November 2003) is a Mexican cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates.[2][3] He notably won the 2023 Tour de l'Avenir, making him the first Mexican to ever win the race.[4] In October 2023, he signed a three-year contract with UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates for the 2024 season.[5]
