Hlinná (German: Hlinnay) is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Hlinná lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Litoměřice, 11 km (7 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 59 km (37 mi) north-west of Prague.
