The 2024 Florida Atlantic Owls baseball team will represent Florida Atlantic University in the sport of baseball during the 2024 college baseball season. This will be the Owls' first season as members of the American Athletic Conference (AAC). Home games will be played at FAU Baseball Stadium on the university's main campus in Boca Raton, Florida. The team will be coached by John McCormack in his sixteenth season as Florida Atlantic's head coach.
