Introduction

Setting the ECAM models with touch display to test mode is a little tricky. These instructions show you how to do this on the ECAM 350.55, but this guide will also work for other ECAM models, such as the 370.70. You can use the test mode to quickly check the function of the most important components. For models with "real" buttons, see here.

Step 1

When the machine is switched on, press the off-switch until the machine goes into standby mode and the display turns off.
There has to be water in the water tank, the drip tray is initially still inserted. The power plug remains in the outlet.

Step 2

Pull the drip tray out a little, a corresponding message will appear on the display. (In the picture in English)

Step 3

First press and hold the ESC button, then press and hold the remaining three buttons in the other corners simultaneously.
SELECT TEST MODE" will appear on the display. Push the drip tray back in
Press the "DRINK MENU" button

Step 4

You can now test various functions:
Brew group up/brew group down
Ev2 = solenoid valve2 clicks (upper 3-way valve)
Ev1 = solenoid valve1 clicks (lower 3-way valve)
Grinder is running
Coffee heater gets hot
Steam heater
Pump is running

How can I find out statistics for a ECAM model 350.50 or 350.15 without a display? thanks

Hallo

Was für Problem hat die dinamyka wenn das Ev2 = Elektroventil2 klickt (oberes 3-Wege-Ventil) nichts hören lässt und Ventil Ev1 nicht mal im Display angezeigt wird oder man was hört?

Es kommt zwar wieder mal Kaffe, aber beim Spülen (abschalten) fliesst kein Wasser mehr aus dem Kaffe Ausfluss,geht direkt in den Wasser Aufgang Behälter!

Beim entkalken das gleiche,früher kam zumindest bei Zeit was vorne raus, jetzt geht es nur noch durch heiss Wasser auslass und direkt abtropf Schale rein!

Sind die 2 Ventile hin oder was?

Soweit ich mich erinnere hat die dinamica zwei Elektroventile, beide müssten klicken. Ich würde beide erstmal überprüfen, also den Widerstand der Spule messen, dann die Mechanik aufschrauben und gängig machen. Sie sind auch nicht allzu teuer für einen eventuellen Austausch. So wie sich das anhört, könnte es auch ein verstopfter oberer Kolben sein. Für alles haben wir Anleitungen. Gutes Gelingen!
