The Surface Laptop Studio 2 is the second generation of the Surface Laptop Studio line. It was announced on September 21, 2023 and released less than a month later on October 3rd. The laptop is aimed at creators, artists, and business professionals alike, as it packs a powerful processor and large touchscreen display into one device.

Identification

The Surface Laptop Studio 2 looks almost identical to the previous model. It can be identified by model number 2029, which is printed on the bottom of the laptop near the rear edge (closest to the hinges). The laptop has a unique design, with a magnesium and aluminum exterior and an easily identifiable hinged screen mechanism.
