Zipaquirá
Colombian municipality of the department of Cundinamarca
Zipaquirá is a cute colonial town of some 70,000 people about an hour north of Bogotá in the Cundinamarca province. It is Colombia's salt mining capital and is famous for its Salt Cathedral, constructed almost entirely of salt within a defunct mine.
