Strömstad

Strömstad is a city in Bohuslän on the west coast of Sweden, close to the Norwegian border. While home only to 6,000 people, it is for historical reasons often referred to as a city. It is a fishing town and a popular holiday destination. In the fish shops along the quayside you can eat fresh shrimp and fish. In the area, there are a number of prehistoric monuments, such as stone rings, stone ships, rock carvings and burial mounds.
