Somaemuldo (μ†Œλ§€λ¬Όλ„) is an island in South Gyeongsang in South Korea.

Maemuldo has 2 islands. The bigger one is Daemaeuldo and the smaller one is Somaemuldo. Somaemuldo is more beautiful than bigger one.

Ferries from GeoGu port of Geoje island. Most ferries stop at Daemauldo first, then proceed to Somaemuldo. Make sure to get off at the right island.

  • 🌍 Somaemuldo Island Lighthouse (μ†Œλ§€λ¬Όλ„ λ“±λŒ€), 246, Somaemuldo-gil. A famous setting in Korea, this lighthouse was built during the Japanese occupation on the smaller island of Deungdaesum.

  • 🌍 Miracle of Moses Waterway. Somaemuldo Island and Deungdaesum Islands are connected by a submerged gravel road. Twice a day the tides lower to allow people to walk across.
