Shoreham-by-Sea is a town in West Sussex, England between Worthing and Brighton. It is the seat of Adur District which includes the parishes of Coombes, Lancing and Sompting.

🌍 Brighton City Airport (ESH) (Shoreham Airport) opened in 1910 and is the oldest operating commercial airport in the UK. The airport is also notable for its art deco terminal building.

  • 🌍 Sompting Church, Sompting. The feature to be seen is the Saxon tower of the church -a rare if not unique example of the Rhenish style in the UK. It's thought to be the closest Saxon architects could get to a spire.
