Reforma Agraria is an ejido (indigenous community) in Chiapas in southern Mexico close to the border of Guatemala and the Lacandon Jungle. The ejido hosts an eco-lodge that protects the endangered ara macaw.
From Comitán, take a colecivo from the city centre. They leave from the same bus station as the ones for the Lagunas de Montebello National Park. Tell the driver you're going to Las Guacamayas M$225 (Dec 2023). It's a one-kilometer walk from the bus stop into town.
The town is really small and easy to walk around. The only real attraction is the eco lodge of Las Guacamayas, loacated by the river.

There is no ATM in town. So bring enough cash. The eco lodge accepts cards with 2.5% surcharge.
There is a few small shops in town selling snacks and drinks.
The main option to sleep is the eco lodge but people in town also offer rooms for cheaper.
