Mjölby is a town in Östergötland in Sweden, 30 kilometres west of county seat Linköping.

  • Skänninge is a medieval town about 10 km to the north of Mjölby. Accessible via road 32 from Mjölby or Motala, road 206 from Vadsten, or via commuter train (Östgötapendeln), which leaves every 40-60 minutes from Mjölby and Motala. Visit the open-air market which is held the first Wednesday - Thursday of August, and attracts some 120.000 - 140.000 visitors each year.
  • Mantorp has one of the larger racing tracks in Sweden (Mantorp Park). Get there by way of road E4 from Mjölby or Linköping.
