Les Trois Vallées is in Savoie and is one of the large interlinked Alpine skiing areas of the French Alps. It claims to be the largest ski area in the world with 600 km of interconnected slopes and 180 ski lifts, offering unparalleled skiing opportunities for all levels of skiers or boarders.

There is an excellent free bus service operating within each of the resorts, offering bus transport between each of the villages.

With 12 Michelin-starred restaurants and 21 Michelin stars to its credit it can be heralded as a foodies paradise. But also has a great selection of more affordable places to suit all groups.

The Three Valleys has a wide selection of accommodation options from self-catered apartments to hotels and luxury boutique chalets. Each differ in the quality of accommodation offered as well as the level of service. For service, value for money and convenience one popular option is staying with a catered chalet operator.
