  • Conservation centre. Tourists can buy handicrafts here. Local ecoguards (similar to rangers) sleep here while protecting the turtles from poachers.

There is a boat to Chindini, Grand Comore. A word of warning about this boat: only take it when the sea is calm, as the boat is small and occasionally malfunctions.
