E12

E12 is a European road route from Norway's Atlantic coast in the north-west to the Gulf of Finland in the south-east. It can also refer to a a walking route.

• Through Norway and Sweden, from Mo i Rana to Umeå, the route follows the Blue Highway.
• There is a ferry across Kvarken of the Gulf of Bothnia.
• In Finland, from Vaasa to Helsinki, it follows national road 3.

The E12 European long distance path, the Mediterranean Sea trail, is one of the twelve European long-distance paths. It passes through Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, visiting also some Mediterranean islands.
