Deerfield Township is a township in Warren County, Southwest Ohio. Deerfield Township is an unincorporated area outside of the City of Mason. Locally, the administrative bodies of Mason and Deerfield Township have historically shown animosity towards each other.

From Interstate I-71, take the Fields-Ertel exit. Take Mason-Montgomery Road north to Parkway Drive. The Administrative Building is on the East.
