Borgang is a beautiful village where one can experience the rich folklore and folk culture of rural Assam in a picturesque landscape.

Traditional Assamese foods including alu pitika, masor tegha (fish curry) and bhat (rice) are available in various dhabas in Borgang. Lusi bhaji, singra, various kind of mithai (sweets) and saa (tea) are similarly available.
