The Ardennes (French: Ardenne) is a hilly forested region of Europe split between France, Belgium, and Luxembourg:

The Signal de Botrange, the highest point in the Ardennes
  • The Chimay region in the south of the province of Hainaut.
  • The extreme south of the province of Namur.
  • The province of Luxembourg (except the extreme south which is part of Lorraine).
  • The eastern half of the province of Liège.
  • The north of the Ardennes department which is part of the Grand Est region.
