Alpine (Wyoming)

Alpine is a town in Southwest Wyoming, 30 miles south of Jackson. Alpine is at the confluences of three beautiful rivers, the Salt River, Greys River, and Snake River. The three rivers meet in Alpine and flow into Palisades lake.

Alpine is located at the junction of Hwy 26 and Hwy 89.

The nearest airport is in Jackson.

Alpine Trails and Pathways maintains paths for winter and summer activities. Winter offers groomed trails for cross-country skiing, skate skiing and fat biking. During summer there are 30 hiking areas within 30 miles of town.

This resort offers spectacular mountain views, a steakhouse serving hand-cut Black Angus beef, an all-you-can-eat salad bar, or a western bar complete with saddle bar stools. The resort offers a lodge, 34 rooms along the Snake River, hot tub and tennis court.
