Agios Nikolaos is a village of Chalkidiki, in the Sithonia peninsula with a permanent population of 2,500.
Agios Nikolaos is 110 km from Thessaloniki, where Sithonia peninsula begins. With more than thirty kilometers of beaches, with beautiful picturesque bays, clean beaches and very clean waters, it is something special. The community is surrounded from north to south by dense pine forests and towards the west by Siggitikos Gulf.
The well-known products of the area are wine, tsipouro, oil, honey, and fish, but the jobs are heavily concentrated in the tourism industry.
