Eastgate Clock, Chester

The Eastgate Clock in Chester dates from 1899 and commemorates Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee. It is said to be the second most photographed clock in England. Eastgate stands on the site of the original entrance to the Roman fortress of Deva Victrix.
