My name is Jillian Wong and I am a first year Communications student at UC Davis! I intend to double major in Design with an emphasis in graphic design. In the future I hope to go into either marketing or social media in entertainment or sports. I am currently working as a marketing intern for an advising department on campus. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, reading, hanging out with friends and watching competition reality shows.
I don’t have any experience fixing anything, so this will be my first time attempting to repair something. I am a little bit nervous about it, but am excited to challenge myself and hope that I will learn valuable skills about writing and design through my project. The skills that I already have that will help me to be successful are attention to detail and problem solving. Learning how to fix things is a good life skill to have and will also grow my ability to think critically about the way a product works.
