Hello! My name is Laci and I am a senior at Sam Houston State University. I am studying criminal justice and psychology. I plan to continue my education, either going to law school or a Master’s degree.
Psychology has always been an interesting field to me and I was very curious about the mind and how it works. I learned how psychology overlaps with criminal justice and created my academic path to match accordingly. After completing graduate school, I plan to work for a government agency.
I have little experience when it comes to repairing things. I work with my dad on household repairs (hanging fixtures, changing the fire alarm, touch up painting) but I do not have much knowledge on technology. I am excited to work on this project and hope to increase my knowledge on technology and use that in my future.

Experience in repairing this device will benefit me in my every day life. Working with teams like my classmates and iFixit will increase my skills in communication as well as time management. Working to repair this device will help me learn how to help others by writing precise documents as well as giving thorough instructions. I look forward to working with the iFixit team to repair the device my team was given.
