Hello there! My name is Liz and I am a student in my third year of English and Professional writing at York University. I went to school because I was interested in publishing genre fiction with a focus on science fiction and fantasy specifically, but have fallen in love with research and non-ficiton work.
When I am not studying I work at a hardware store and am responsible for helping my team fix and maintain tools in tool rental. I have brought my skills from doing auto-shop and metal-shop in highschool, but am learning every day that I'm there!
In my free time I like to read- both the genres above and anything else that seems interesting. I have also been teaching myself how to sew and embroider which has been a very fun learning curve.
