Hello! My name is Jhomar Young. I’m a second-year York University student majoring in Information Technology (B.Com).

My love for technology started when I was little, I always watched videos about technology from YouTube channels like LinusTechTips and Unbox Therapy. These videos intrigued my curiosity and started my path into IT. My first real experience with technology was when I had to replace the battery and display of my old iPhone. The hands-on experience gave me a look into the complex world of technology.

I’ve had a strong interest in learning about technology and its uses ever since. As an Information Technology student, I’m eager to learn more about systems architecture, manufacturing, and software. I aim to use my knowledge to help develop a more user-friendly environment so anyone can use technology stress-free.

Here is when I tried to fix my broken GPU, I am checking the voltages and resistance to see if it is getting power.

In my free time, I like to build computers, help friends and family with their tech problems, and research/learn about new technology. Fueling my ambition to make a career out of my knowledge of Information Technology.  Currently, I’m diving into more hands-on projects, repairing computer hardware, as well as working on my parent's car.
