Hello! My name is Laura Schmieder.
Education:
I am currently a student in the Professional Writing Graduate Program with Northern Arizona University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University.
I have always had a passion for writing, and throughout my professional experience, I have developed a strong interest in creating training material, procedural guides and other helpful learning tools.
Experience:
My background is diverse and versatile, spanning healthcare, operations management and project management.
I have previously developed guides and training materials outlining Medicaid insurance requirements for employees in medical billing environments. I have since transitioned into logistic contracts.
Repair:
My repair experience to date has been basic troubleshooting of household appliances and making minor fixes to gym equipment. I am eager to learn more skills through hands-on experience and contribute to material that will help others!
Professional Goals:
I intend to further my education and enhance my professional writing skills in order to pursue freelance writing opportunities and roles focused on developing training materials.
About Me:
