I used to run my own business, “I Hate My PC” started in 2006, and have been a computing professional since 1985.
As a side effect of this business, I refurbished upwards of 100 PCs and laptops that were distributed all over the world.
I am also a software testing consultant where my primary focus is ensuring that the customer experience with software is good as it can be.
Over the years, I has written articles, spoken, presented and trained people on various aspects of computing, with the primary objective always being to prevent problems and empower people with technology.
I also recently finished running “FunnieS at Frank’s”, a professional stand-up comedy room in Franklin (Tasmania, Australia).
