Loose pan lock

Rotate the base, expose and remove all 4 (four) M3 screws

Separate the base

Optional, Heat up here

Rotate the pan locking knob all the way out, remove the nut. (My screw is broken)

The threads on that screw are M5 and M4

Remove the locking ring

Remove ball locking plates.

Remove the cover by rotating it counterclockwise. You might need something to grab it, and/or soften the thread-lock by heating. I drilled 2 holes.

Them remove damp limiter screw, using a coin or fingernail.

Remove the clip

Remove washers

Pull off the knob

And the friction scale.

Turn it counterclockwise.

Heat this nut to ~ 150C, and remove it

Remove the cap

unscrew

Pull and rotate to remove the knob
