Introduction
Float valves may wear out over time, preventing them from rising or falling correctly. This guide will demonstrate how to replace the float valve.
-
-
Pull the rubber gasket off of the metal rod.
-
The valve will fall out of its hole onto the table. It can now be cleaned or replaced.
-
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I received the replacement valve and pot. Now my insignia instapot won't hold pressure. It keeps seeping steam/spritz out of the float valve. I am ready to toss it in the trash. It worked bafore I replaced that stem. I should've kept it.
It happened to me as well. Right after I replaced it, it doesn’t hold the pressure. I am very annoyed and I wish I have kept the old parts!!!!
OK after much digging, I found the old valve and now it is pressurizing.
where can I buy the float valves
