Introduction

If your lifting belt has a latch buckle and does not fit as tightly as it should, use this guide to fix the latch and make it tighter.

A lifting belt latch is designed to secure the belt tightly and in place to protect the user under heavy weight loads. A faulty latch will not fit as tightly as it needs to be.

Before using this guide, inspect the screws to ensure they are not stripped or cracked. If they are, screw replacement will be required, which this guide does not cover.
