Introduction
If old parts are still present use pick inside access hole of bottom latch to remove top latch.

Ensure all old pieces are removed. Clean up any debris or rust. Ensure tab is not missing or bent improperly.

Line up top latch and press in firmly aligning up spring and lower latch until catch locks into tab.

Verify functionality of new part.
