My name is Emily Davila and I hope we can get along well. As long as you do your best, I'll do mine too. I anticipate working together with you and wish that our projects will be our best efforts.
Get To Know Me
I'm a freshman at the University of North Texas (Denton) studying mechanical engineering. I've only spent a year or so in the engineering space but I have some preliminary knowledge. I have some experience with 3DS Max(animation software) and am currently learning Solidworks (engineering-focused software).
While I don't believe I'm the person you should go to for the most philosophical questions as I'm more literal, I won't turn away a good conversation topic.
Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy reading, but more specifically, human-translated or machine-translated Chinese light novels are a guilty pleasure of mine. Half of the time they don't make sense, but that's the fun part.
While I've only got a few chances to do so, building things like robots is my passion even if I've only got some rudimentary knowledge about them. In my senior year of high school, I made a robot with my teammate. It’s what started me on my pursuit of engineering and is one of my proudest achievements so far.
