Hello! My name is Luca Caniglia and I’m currently a student at the University of California, Davis.
I'm majoring in Electrical Engineering and I am set to graduate in June 2025. My goal is to blend my passion for technology with environmental sustainability to create solutions that are not only innovative but also crucial for our future.
Although I haven't done much in the way of traditional repairs, I have built devices and systems from the ground up which gives me a foundational understanding of how things work and how to troubleshoot issues creatively. I'm eager to bring this mindset to iFixit and help others solve their tech problems.
I am fluent in English and understand Italian, and my passion for music drives me to continually explore music production. I enjoy composing and producing tracks, experimenting with sound to create unique audio experiences.
My hobbies include video gaming and PC building, which not only satisfy my interest in technology but also complement my studies in electrical engineering. Additionally, I keep active with regular runs and workouts, which help me maintain a balanced lifestyle.
In contributing to iFixit, I bring a well-rounded set of skills and interests that I believe will be invaluable to the community, and I look forward to making a positive impact and learning from the vast experiences of others in iFixit.
