Hello! I am a second year design major at UC Davis. I have been involved in crafting and making miniatures since the fourth grade, which has taught me skills ranging from proper glue gun use to creating miniature door hinges. I am excited to bring a sense of flair and polish to whatever projects my future holds.
I presented a series of posters on HIV awareness at the 2023 UC Davis Undergraduate Research Conference, which is the coolest experience I have been a part of so far! My amazing faculty advisor, James Housefield, mentored and coached me for months in preparation. I am so grateful to have been able to pursue research I am passionate about and to share it with my Aggie community.
When it became increasingly difficult to clip my cat's nails, my mom and I set out to solve the problem. We ordered a cat hammock and rigged it up with shower curtain hooks. Our baby weighs a little too much for this to work long-term, but it works in a pinch when he decides to be rude!
