Hello, my name is Vivian. I'm a sophomore are California State University Los Angeles majoring in civil engineering. I am planning on attaining a degree in civil engineering and later studying architecture.
I enjoy creating art using multiple methods from the standard drawing and painting to wood carving. I like to try new things when it comes to making art. For example, I have taken an interest in learning how to make dioramas with resin as well as painting on resin to create a 3-d painting. I have also thought about learning how to sculpt a figurine out of clay.
By using iFixit, I can learn to write descriptions that will allow others to understand and learn how to fix something. Practicing writing descriptions/instructions can strengthen my writing skills which in theory will make me a better writer. Also, in the future, if I ever need to write instructions for others to follow, this project will be beneficial in teaching me the best way to do so.

I like to learn about how producers were able to create certain affects in films. I recently went to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and got to see items used within Blumhouse Productions films.
