My name is Michael Rodriguez, and I am attending California State University, Los Angeles. I am majoring in Electrical Engineering, and I chose this major because I am interested in studying in the STEM field. I hope to find a career in STEM. I have been interested in a Space X internship for a while. I plan to find the career that I love and that I am passionate about so I can happily support any family that I will have in the future. I have quality math skills and critical thinking. I can work well with teams as well. I have an electric guitar, and I have made a few repairs and replacements on it, such as replacing broken strings and broken strap buttons. I have been interested in cars as well, and I want to learn the ins and outs of cars and trucks so that I can make any repairs that my car needs.

Before college, I once received an award for achieving 100% on the California state math test. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music as well as playing music on my guitar. I also enjoy playing video games and playing sports like basketball and volleyball. I make it a priority to work out at a gym so that I stay in shape. This project will benefit me both personally and professionally, as I have been wanting to gain knowledge on how to repair everyday items, and I think that when I start learning how to repair items, I will just want to keep learning how to repair more.
