About Me
Hello! My name is Collin Olson, and I am a junior at UW-Eau Claire, currently majoring in computer science.
During High School, I took an independent study course where I learned how to build and repair computers using both hardware and software simulations. Learning about how a computer works and getting my PC pro certification was the gateway for me being interested in computer science. I think working on an iFixit tutorial will help me gain better technical communication skills.
I don't have much experience repairing physical hardware, as most of my fixes were done on the software level. I have created and debugged websites for my relatives, which were fun experiences. I hope to share the repair experience I do have to the rest of the iFixit community!
