My name is Ben. I am an amateur programmer/blackberry repairer/student at York University. I am studying ITEC and Computer Science because I like programming and technology. I would like to eventually start a business, either in logistics, or software. I've fixed a lot of old electronics before, mostly phones, laptops, and headphones. I hate soldering so I avoid headphones. I have never won an award, although I've sold a lot of stuff on ebay and marketplace.
This project will benefit me because I already repair things, and learning how to properly document it/make the act of repairing into a replicable process will be a new skill. I already write SOPs for my day job so it will be interesting to write an SOP about something I actually care about.
