Hello, may name is Charles Tweedy and I'm a third-year electrical engineering major at UC Davis.

I chose this major because I am proficient in math, and I took an interest in electrical components in high school and I wanted to deepen my understanding of them.

I aspire to design wireless/analog electronic devices professionally. I took an interest in signals and systems so I plan to emphasize this field of electrical engineering.

My electrical engineering classes have made me Spice Software, Intel Quartus Prime, MATLAB, C, Multimeter, Circuit Analysis, and Soldering.

I have fixed various things outside of electronics, most notably bike repairs because I'm a college student who doesn't spend too much money at bike shops.

I am a member of Tau Beta Pi, an honors engineering society.

I try to keep active and focus on my fitness when school permits it. I recently started woodworking but I'm still very much a beginner.

This project will teach me about more ways to be self-sufficient when I'm at school. I'm familiar with basic bike services needed for daily use but I have never done a job like truing the bike rim. This will benefit me personally because both of my bikes have slight dents in the rear wheel.
