Remove lens cap.

Remove the side dust filter.

Remove the back dust filter.

Component Description (lens cap): Translucent Polycarbonate lens cover with a diameter of 88mm and a height of 8.25mm is used to protect the lens when moving the device. PC material has good impact resistance, good toughness and is not easy to break. This part weighs 12g and is made using injection molding.

Component Description (side dust filter): The side dust filter is made of ABS plastic grille and artificial sponge. The grille is injection molded. The grid weighs 29g and the artificial sponge weighs less than 1g (less than the minimum range of my scale).

Component Description (back dust filter): The back dust filter is made of ABS plastic injection molding. The weight is 2g.

Turn it over to the bottom.

Unscrew 1*PH1 screw. (RED)

Unscrew 6*PH0 screws. (BLUE)

Release the 2*ZIF connectors (YELLOW) and remove the FPC cable.

The top cover is now removed.

Component Description (top cover): The module is made of ABS plastic injection molding (excluding touch buttons and circuit board parts), with dimensions of 297mm in length, 232mm in width, and 40mm in height. The module weighs 243g.

Remove 5*PH0 screws (RED) and release all the ZIF connectors on the front of the motherboard, including the Speaker (BLACK), Fan (ORANGE), Power supply (YELLOW), Infrared remote control (GREEN), LCD (MAGENTA), Wifi module (BLUE), the motherboard connects to the secondary board (CYAN). Now, you can remove the secondary board and Wifi module.

Carefully turn the motherboard over and remove the power button cable (RED) and second fan (BLUE) located on the back. The motherboard can now be removed.

Component Description (motherboard): Contains LCD screen control driver, 2*HDMI, 1*VGA, and controls fans and speakers. The dimensions are 120mm long, 93mm wide, the thickest part is 16.3mm at the VGA interface, and the PCB thickness is 1.6mm. Weight is 49g.

Remove 10*PH0 screws. (RED)

Remove the right cover first.

Then remove the left cover.

Component Description (light cup): The optical cup module consists of 3 parts. The inner part is made of aluminum and is made by stamping and bending processes. The outer black ABS plastic bracket is injection molded and has a PC Fermier lens in the front for focusing light. The module is 145mm long, 85mm wide and 88.5mm thick. Module weight: 82g.

Remove the AC input connector (RED), remove the mainboard DC output connector (ORANGE), and remove the LED output connector (YELLOW).

Pull up to remove the power supply.

Pull up to remove the LED light source and heat sink module.

Component Description (power supply): A switching power supply is used to power the motherboard and LED. The module is 89mm long, 84mm wide, 35mm thick, and weighs 194g.

Component Description (LED): The LED uses COB packaging technology and has a 4-heat pipe single tower radiator. Remove the 3*PH0 screws.

Pull up to remove the speaker.

Component Description (speaker): A speaker module encapsulated in an ABS injection molded shell. The dimensions are 96mm long, 45mm wide and 82mm thick. Weight 73g.

Unscrew the 3*PH1 screws.

Push the lens out from the outside inward.

Component Description (lens): Composed of multiple glass lenses and an ABS plastic injection molded frame, it provides focusing function. The module is 101.8mm long, 86mm wide, 75mm thick, and weighs 375g.

Carefully pull up on the Fermier len to release the latch.

Use a screwdriver to release the latch on the knob and push it out from the inside.

Remove the keystone knob.

Component Description (Fermier len): Installed between the LCD screen and the mirror to achieve keystone correction function. Made of PC material. An ABS injection-molded bracket serves as a buckle and is fixed to the knob. Dimensions are 155mm long, 83mm wide and 9mm thick (including ABS bracket). The lens itself is 1.7mm thick. Weight is 23g.

Component Description (knob): The knob has a diameter of 35mm and a height of 25mm. It is made of ABS plastic injection molding. Weight: 5g.
