Introduction

This guide will show you how to replace the battery on a Toshiba excite 7c. The battery may need to be replaced because it is not holding a charge or the tablet will not turn on. Once the tablet case is open, battery replacement is rather easy and requires only a set of tweezers.

Be careful not to pull the wires of the connector while performing this repair.

    • To open your device use the plastic opener. Locate the seam on your device and gently separate applying pressure down all four sides.

    • The back casing will start to peel away from the screen.

    • Carefully lift and remove the back panel with tablet lying face down on table. this will reveal the back side.

    • Locate the battery on the back of your device.

    • Remove the battery connector using a pair of tweezers.
