This is a very good instruction for a job that has lots of work to do. Kudos for the author.

It took me about 2 hours to get my phone ready to use.

The hardest part was to remove the battery from the motherboard without braking anything.

Useful tip from @kire456 on youtube: "A tip for others: the glue strip along the edges of the screen is only 1.5mm wide, and behind the LCD screen is a very fragile reflective sheet of foil that is easily damaged. So make sure not to wedge your plastic card in deeper than you need to, when you are removing the LCD screen. I did, and damaged the reflective foil."
