Introduction
If the coffee only sprays weakly out of the two outlets, or only pours out of one of the two outlets, then they are probably blocked with coffee fat. It's difficult to properly clean the component as the aroma of the coffee will always suffer. The replacement part costs less than 4 euros, the replacement is extremely easy and will be described here.
The replacement of the coffee outlet in the Titanium line TK56001 makes more trouble, because you have to open the casing. The guide can be found here.
These instructions may also help with other Siemens/Bosch models and with coffee makers from Nivona, Melitta, and Miele—they have a very similar design.

To the left and right of the coffee outlet you will find two slots on the underside of the front cover.
-
Insert a spudger in the front edge of this slot and loosen the clips that fasten the front cover.
-
Pull the front cover forwards and off.
-
-
-
The image shows the machine after the front cover has been taken off. The four slots where the clips were are easily recognizable.
-
The movable coffee outlet is surrounded by a casing. Place an opening tool in the gap that separates the two halves of the casing.
-
Slide the tool along the gap, until the front casing becomes loose.
-
Remove the front casing.
-
-
-
Remove the supply tube with a spudger from the connection. Pay attention to the outer wire spiral.
-
Remove the two Torx T15 screws.
-
Remove the black coffee spout.
-
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

The replacement coffee outlet for the Surpresso S50 TK6500x costs €50 (as of 2024). To clean it, soak in hot water for 10 minutes, then use compressed air to dry it

Yes, this part ist (nearly) sold out and not produced anymore. So the only way is to try to clean it, which is difficult. Maybe you can use a syringe with a silicone tube attached. Prepare a strong cleaning solution.

What happens when the problem is the opposite? The extraction time has become little, less than 15 seconds, the grinder is set to coarse, the coffee is from the same bag, and obviously, the color and taste is lighter. I did clean the brewing unit. Unfortunately, there is no help in the troubleshooting part of the manual.

Is the grinder really set to coarse? Try to set it as fine as possible! If that doesn't help, you'll have to open the device. Examine the grinder: is it clean? My guess: you should replace the grindstones. Another possibility: replace the seals in the drainage valve.

Hi, thank you for the prompt reply. I have always used the coarse set, as the manual suggests, for stronger coffee. I will check on the grindstones and get back.
