Introduction
If the coffee doesn´t flow right into your cup, but in the drawer the drainage valve might be broken. You can replace the gaskets in the valve or simply the whole valve.
These instructions may also help with other Siemens/Bosch models and with coffee makers from Nivona, Melitta, and Miele—they have a very similar design.

Hi, will be a issue if i will cancel the valve by removing the cam and setting up the position as water will go straight away to brew?
Do I understand it right: you want to use the surpresso without a drainage valve? I think it's impossible. Swap it, it's rather cheap.

Hat sehr gut geklappt! Hatte kurz Streit mit der Brühgruppe, aber ich habe dann gewonnen. Danke, sehr hilfreiche Anleitung. Manchmal muss man sich bloß trauen...
Freut mich. Genau dafür ist iFixit da.

Coffee machine did not make coffee, I heard that there was some valve that had trouble opening. I first replaced the 'other' valve; that did not help. After replacing this valve, the coffee machine is back up for a week now.
Thanks!
