Take your spudger and forcefully insert it between the black and silver part of the phone.

Once the spudger is successfully wedged in between these two pieces, circle the frame of the phone.

The phone should be exposed like picture 1 once the case was removed.

The highlighted sections correspond to the bullet colors. To replace either simply disconnect the wires attached, and lift the piece off.
