When looking at the front of the device, with the charging point at the bottom the device has a hinge clip and wires on the top right.

With a fingernail or some kind of slim pry tool, gently lift from the bottom left corner.

There is adhesive that is holding the faceplate on, If you have difficulty pulling it off, use a plastic spudger by inserting it in on the bottom left then slowly hinge the device open while applying pressure to the adhesive pad to loosen it.

Cut the black wire connected to the motor. This vibration motor is soldered directly to the main board, and there is no way to disconnect it without severing the cable.

As an alternative to fully disabling the motor by disconnecting it, you can take a metal file to the counterweight on the motor. Removing excess mass from this weight will drastically soften the vibration

Using a small bit of electrical tape or glue, cover the ends of the wire you snipped so they don't short out on anything else inside the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I cut the red wire too, will that create an issue?
Not necessarily, but having both wires loose increases the risk of shorting out, so make sure the wires are secured enough so the metal of the wire cannot touch anything.
